Privacy notice

Coach applications

This notice explains what ProInCorner does with the details you send through the coach application form on this website. It covers that form only. The ProInCorner app will have its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name, email address, city, country, years coaching, boxing background, a link to your work and your message.
• The video you attach, if you attach one.
• Your network address (IP address), to limit how many applications one network can send in an hour. We keep it with that count, and it is deleted when the hour is up.
• Our web server's access logs, which record the network address, time and page of each visit. We use them only to keep the site secure and working.

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics.

Why we collect it

To review your application and to contact you about it. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it.

Who can see it

Only ProInCorner staff with administrator access. Your application is stored on our own server, hosted by DigitalOcean in Singapore.

How long we keep it

We keep your application while we consider it, and delete it, with any video, once we no longer need it or when you ask us to.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us at hello@proincorner.ph. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

If we change this notice, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
